About Us

Background: I am from Mobile, AL. I started at Grayson Air Conditioning in 2006 as a Helper in the summertime and went full time as a Service Technician in May of 2009. My certifications include CPA/CPC, Generac, Nate, and I have my Alabama HVAC contractor’s license.

Hobbies: I enjoy woodworking and spending time with my wife and 3 kids.

Meet Tracy, our Operations Manager! If you’re a customer at Grayson, more than likely you’ve had a conversation or two with her. Tracy has been on team Grayson for almost 18 years now, and we can’t thank her enough for the work she puts in each and everyday for our customers! Tracy enjoys being outdoors camping, hunting, and fishing with her family in her free time! She also makes magic happen in the kitchen, our guys always look forward to her delicious treats for the company on those long days!

Introducing Amanda, Grayson’s accountant and a crucial part of our team! Amanda joined the Grayson family after spending over 20 years in public accounting. In her free time Amanda enjoys life on the water, she can usually be found camping at Dauphin Island with her family or working in her garden!

Will grew up in Mobile, AL and has been in the HVAC field for 10 years now! He is NATE and Generac certified, and has taken many Alabama Power classes. When he isn’t saving the day making sure our customers have cool air, Will can be found spending time with his family outdoors doing fun activities such as camping!

Meet Grayson’s Installation Manager, Joey! Joey is from Mobile, AL and has been in the HVAC field for 20 years now! He is married to his high school sweetheart and has two beautiful daughters to keep him busy! Joey enjoys spending his free time with his family, playing softball with his daughters, and watching Alabama football. We appreciate the hard work Joey puts in each day, and are beyond proud to have him as part of the Grayson family!

Meet our Warehouse Manager Donald! Donald loves the outdoors, riding side by sides, wave runners and enjoys fishing. Donald is also an avid grill master and loves coming up with new recipes.

Introducing Grayson customer service representative, Ashley! Ashley has been in the customer service industry for over 10 years now. When Ashley isn’t assisting customers in need, her 3 kids and 2 shih-tzu pups love to keep her busy! They enjoy spending time together as a family attending sporting events, going out on the boat, or hosting fun family game nights!

Morgan was born in Mobile, but over the years she has moved around between Alabama and Florida. She has been on the Grayson team since June of 2021, and she loves the family-like atmosphere the company offers! When she’s not at work, she loves to read, play with her cats, and do anything outdoors!

For those who haven’t had the pleasure, meet Grayson customer service representative Shannon! Shannon has been in the customer service industry for 15 years now. When Shannon isn’t assisting our customers in the office, you can usually find her at a baseball game! After playing softball for 14 years, Shannon now enjoys being a certified baseball mom watching her kids play! 

Meet Grayson customer service representative Rachel! Rachel has been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 2 beautiful kids. She loves shopping, vacations, and spending time outdoors. She’s always down for a new adventure.

Meet Tyler Jordan! Mrs. Tracy’s right hand Wo-Man in our operations department. Tyler is a Spring Hill College Graduate with a Bachelor’s in Sociology. She is new to the world of HVAC but has become a vital part to the Grayson Team. She is the mother to a sweet little girl and two fur babies and enjoys spending her free time in the gym or at the occasional concert. 

For those who haven’t yet had the pleasure, meet Grayson HVAC technician Aaron. Aaron was born and raised in Mobile, AL. He has worked in the HVAC business for 14 years now! Aaron started his career as a helper in the summer of 2008 and quickly became intrigued with heating and air conditioning. His goal is to provide a superior product to our customers with quality craftsmanship. Aaron is Nate and CFC certified. When he isn’t working, Aaron likes spending time with his family at the beach and watching Alabama football.

For those who haven’t yet had the pleasure, meet our HVAC technician Ben! Ben grew up in Mobile and graduated from South Alabama University. When he isn’t keeping customers cool, Ben enjoys going fishing and hanging out with his dog!

Introducing Grayson technician, Doug! Doug got started in HVAC 30 years ago with his wife’s family, and has been in the trade ever since! Doug likes to keep busy when he’s home by working on projects around his house. When he isn’t putting in the hours at work or at home, Doug enjoys taking vacations with his wife and grandkids! We are beyond happy to have Doug as part of our Grayson family!

Meet Service Tech Phillip. Phillip has been in the HVAC industry for over 18 years! Phillip got into the industry to find financial stability. When hes not working he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and hunting. 

Allow us to introduce Grayson technician, Scott! Scott has been in the HVAC field for nearly 30 years now! He started his HVAC career as a summer job back in 1997, Scott realized then how much he enjoyed the work he was doing and turned it into his career! Scott is happily married with 4 children that are now young adults. Something you may not know about Scott is that for years he used to keep beehives and harvest his own honey! These days, Scott prefers to spend his free time hosting family card nights and trying new restaurants & events with his wife!

Introducing Grayson installer, Lantz! Lantz has enjoyed helping people in need through HVAC work for the past 5+ years now! When he isn’t saving the day replacing broken A/C units, Lantz can usually be found spending time with friends and family at the beach or inshore fishing.

Meet Service Tech Thomas! Thomas has been in the HVAC industry for over 3 years. He got into the industry with his brother when he moved back home looking for a job. Thomas enjoys fishing, the outdoors, and spending time with his fiancé and 2 dogs at the river. Thomas was a multi sport athlete his entire life and was a professional gamer as a teenager.

For those who haven’t had the pleasure, meet Grayson installer Brandt! Brandt is from Mobile, AL. In his free time Brandt enjoys bird photography and kayak fishing. He’s even shared some of his photography talents with Grayson, taking photos at events such as our annual 4th of July party! During the month of April you can find Brandt in Dauphin Island photographing the many vibrant, rare birds that migrate from South America to Cuba! 

Brannon has been in the HVAC field for 5+ years, bringing cool air and smiles to our customers everyday! We can’t thank him enough for all of his hard work & consistent positive attitude!

Meet installer Bryce! Bryce recently joined the Grayson team to learn a trade and help people in his community. Bryce loves golf, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoys catching the Bama game with friends!

Meet Grayson installer, Chris! Chris grew up in Mobile, AL and has been with Grayson Air Conditioning for 4+ years! When he isn’t installing new Infinity systems, Chris enjoys hunting and spending time with his family. Thank you Chris for the years of hard work & dedication you’ve put in at Grayson!

Meet Grayson installer, Chris! Chris has been keeping customers happy in the HVAC industry for 14+ years now! His joy in life is spending time with his family. In his free time, you can find Chris on the grill, playing sports with his kids, or doing anything outdoors with his family! 

Meet Grayson installer, Dustin! Dustin is from Mobile, AL and has been in the HVAC industry for 6+ years. When he isn’t busy installing new HVAC systems Dustin enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family! Dustin chose the HVAC industry because he enjoys the unique challenges that emerge each day along with being an active problem solver! 

Introducing Grayson installer, Justin! Justin has been in the HVAC industry for 3+ years. When he isn’t saving our customers from the southern heat, Justin enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two little girls. On the weekend he can be found golfing, fishing and riding the four-wheeler!

Meet Grayson installer, Mason! Mason came into the  HVAC industry 14 years ago because he enjoys helping people and working with his hands! In his free time Mason can be found rebuilding, modifying, and racing cars. He fits right in here at Grayson being a “car guy”, he even has a truck he likes taking to shows!

Introducing Grayson installer, Matthew! Matthew is from Mobile, AL. Matthew’s passion in life is his health & fitness. He strives to better himself through physical activity, whether that’s swimming, lifting weights, or hiking! In his free time, Matthew enjoys being on the beach and riding his jet-ski!

Meet Installer Ethan! Ethan recently joined the Grayson team because he wanted to help people in his community. Ethan loves racing, whether is dirt bikes, four wheelers, or drag racing. Ethan loves old muscle cars and spending time with his family on the boat deep sea fishing.

Meet Grayson Installer Brad! Brad joined the Grayson team in January of 2025. He decided to get into the HVAC industry to find a great career and learn a trade that will last him a lifetime. Brad loves fishing, cooking on the grill, and spending time with his wife and kids. 

Meet Grayson Installer Casey! Casey has been in the HVAC industry for 5 years. Casey chose to follow in the footsteps of other family members who already worked in the trade. Casey enjoys playing golf, fishing and doing music.

Meet Grayson installer Christian! Christian joined the Grayson team in November of 2024 and has been a great addition to the team! Christian enjoys playing golf, fishing, and sharpening knives. He also enjoys spending time with his fiancé and 2 dogs. 

Meet Grayson installer Clay! Clay has been in the HVAC industry for 1 year. He chose this career path because he wanted to serve people and make a difference in his community. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and playing pool.

Meet Grayson Installer Daniel! Daniel has been in the HVAC industry for 2 and a half years. Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, working on cars, and playing disc golf.

Meet Grayson installer Austin! Austin has been in the HVAC industry for 1 year. He chose to get into HVAC to expand his knowledge and help people. He enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and playing basketball. 

Meet Grayson Installer TJ! TJ has been in the HVAC industry since 2012. He got into HVAC because no matter where you go, someone will need air conditioning and heat. TJ enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He’s been a professional musician on the Gulf Coast since 2007. Hes also been in to racing his entire life, racing at both mobile international and 5 flags speedways.
