Total home generator!!!😁 We had service technician, Lantz Waters come to find out why we had a red light on our generator. Response time was quick. Lantz was very knowledgeable and professional. Grayson’s did a great job installing a new Carrier 5 ton heat pump to replace my 13 year old AC/Furnace. The installers (Chris G., Dustin P., Brad B., Daniel B., Austin H., and Mason S.) were all very professional and installed the system in one day. Also Ben Howell answered all my questions and gave me the lowest estimate for the work. Will definitely use Grayson again, but hopefully I won’t need to for quite a while.

Doug came out initially to assess the issue with the system. Due to the age of the unit (18 yrs.), replacement made more sense than repair. Chris G., Dustin P, and Daniel A. came out on the scheduled date to address the replacement. All 4 gentlemen were knowledgeable, efficient, and on point. I would definitely recommend Grayson to friends and family!!

These guys installed a new duct system for our Dauphin Island home. Keaten C, Clay D., Casey B., and Will were the gentlemen who did the project. They were respectful and courteous. Austin H. was TREMENDOUS help with the whole project. Will, a customer service manager, has come out to ensure good quality work was performed. Grayson overall is a great company and I'm glad they came out to take care of us during the numerous times our AC has broken down over the last few weeks. We have decided to sign up for a year for their program-them to come out twice or 3 times a year to service and maintain our heater and AC. We had no problems with our AC before they came out to service it a few weeks ago, but something happened when their technician came to service it for the first time. They initially were going to charge me for them to fix the AC that had broke while they were servicing it, but Will, after finding out the situation, had his men come out and got the AC working, free of charge. And they worked very vigorously for a couple of days to get it working. I was very impressed and felt well taken care of, and know that in the future, they will hopefully have our best interests at heart. Thank you again, Will!We paid about $13,000 for a small house duct work and a uv light to be installed, and $250 for Kick Start Capacitor. A little on the expensive side, and I would have gone with another company for the project installation if it weren't for Will calling and making things right after the initial first service technician meet and greet. The first people took my phone and gave themselves a Five Star rating on their google reviews, and said if they mentioned their names, then they get $50 (Grayson Company rewards them $50 for every good review they get and mentioned by name). I had to go back into my google account to edit that review. To me, that was completely uncalled for and I was so caught off guard....but Will called the never next morning to apologize. Thank you again, Will! Best AC company out there!

Doug was an absolute doll when he came by to do our routine maintenence this morning. I was in the middle of schiil work and he just took care of everything barely making a peep. He check our unit top to bottom, cleaned everything and made sure our heat is good to go for winter. Also shout out to sweet Ashley for scheduling me so quick and with a convenient time.

There’s a reason Grayson is so highly recommended and has such great reviews. I don’t remember ever doing business with a company that is so on top of their game and professional.They replaced my whole hvac system and the crew Bryce, Brad, Pruete, TJ, Keaton, and Gabe were all well trained and worked together well. I’m not one to keep track of names, but I made it a point to find out so I could give these guys kudos. They are like a well oiled machine. From putting down tarps on the floor so they don’t scratch them to bringing their own trash bins and toting off every bit of debris. I cannot recommend Grayson enough. They are coming back in a couple of months to redo all of my ductwork and I’ll be getting a standby generator from them in the future. Thank you guys!

Doug Cordelle over and above the customer service to me and my wife. A/C went down Saturday evening and he called me back and was working on a job in Foley. He got here told me the problem and say he would call me on Sunday. He did and offer a window a/c for us to use until the part comes in. He set it up and told me he would follow up on the part. As usual when I contact Grayson with air conditioning problem, the service was prompt and efficient. Doug and Byron did an excellent job diagnosing a bad module on the indoor fan motor and completing my scheduled maintenance all in the same visit. This efficiency was only possible because they had the required part on the truck and excellent coordination with the main office.Byron did a thorough job cleaning the outside unit including removing the fan and cleaning the accumulated leaves out of the bottom of the unit. Although this is the proper way clean the outside unit, this step is easily skipped by employees with a lower work ethic.Thanks again, Doug, Byron and Grayson for a job well done.

After waiting for a technician from another company to show up and didn't, we called Grayson late at night and they quickly showed up at 8:00 the next morning,9/10/2025. Scott H. quickly determined that we had a very clogged drain and immediately fixed the problem. I will be calling Grayson and asking for Scott the next time we have a problem.

Keaton, TJ and Christian just left our house after installing a new inside system. Our AC went out. We called this morning. Someone was here within a couple of hours. We pretty much knew what we needed and it was confirmed. They had a new unit, picked it up, returned and installed it all today. We had recently had a house fire and had new floors, paint, etc. They put down tarps, took great care and when all was said and done left it spotless. But…. The important part, they left us with a beautifully functioning system, that has us cool as a cucumber. Highly recommend Grayson for fast and quality service.

Having moved to Mobile a year ago and not knowing anything about any of the air conditioning businesses, I checked the internet to see who could help us in the 94 degree heat, with no air conditioning. For some reason the advertising told me to take a gamble on Grayson’s. We realized we needed to replace our 23 year old system and 24 hours later we were feeling good and cool with our new system. They even put in 2 widow units so we wouldn’t roast overnight. Every person that stopped by the house was very professional and competent from start to finish. Our home cooling system went down unexpectedly on a weekend. I contacted Graysons 24 hour phone service and was told that a service technician would call me back. Within 15 minutes, Lantz Waters contacted me and inquired about the problem we are experiencing with our system. Some 30 minutes later, he was at our home and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the part we needed was not available locally. On Monday, Grayson contacted us to inform that the part had been ordered and will be delivered the next day. Tuesday I had a call that they had received the part and soon after Lantz Waters contacted me to come out for the repair.
To say that we are pleased is an understatement. Lantz was a true professional and explained everything to us thoroughly. I look forward to future service needs with Lantz, but hopefully not on weekends.

Grayson's crew just completed installing new duct work. They removed the old duct work and totally cleaned following the job. They also added new insulation. The base of one of the units needed to be replaced due to water damage. They took out the old unit, cleaned, and built a new base. They installed a 'halo" purifier on both units.

Yall, let me tell you how AMAZING Grayson Air Conditioning is! I called and left a message with their 24 hour answering service at 5AM and received a call back within the hour! It’s the middle of the summer, and they were prepared to send a technician out THAT MORNING! Unfortunately I had to get to work and nobody would be here, so the technician, Ben, even coordinated with me on his way to my house that afternoon to make sure we’d be there at the same time! The customer service was absolutely top notch, and Ben got me up and running within MINUTES! In fact, he arrived a few minutes before me and I got there to the good news of a working AC! He answered ALL my questions informatively and gave me some great tips to improve the efficiency of our system in the summer! I’ll DEFINITELY be calling on them to redo all my duct work, thanks to his thorough and well explained suggestion after I inquired about it! Also got signed up on a maintenance plan thanks to him, which takes away so much stress off me to remember to call for a tune up.
