Allen C. assessed the issues with our HVAC and explained the options for repair and replacement in detail. He also provided several options for replacement that centered around our budget and preferred heating type. He was able to get us scheduled for install the following week on dates that fit our schedule.Matthew G., Logan W., and a third technician (that did all the outside work for the install) were prompt, courteous, and polite during our multi-day install (HVAC and duct replacement). We received a phone call before arrival notifying us they were on the way. And they let us know when they were going to break for lunch, when they were finished for the day, and when they were going to return the next day. We had lots of questions and they always took the time to answer them. Brandt also assisted the others with removing the old duct swiftly and with minimal mess.The phone staff was always polite and courteous as well. We will be sure to continue to use Grayson Air Conditional to keep our new system in premium operating condition.

My AC air handler needed to be replaced and everyone I spoke with were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The crew that came to do the install (Lantz W., Brannon K, Elijah J, Brandt G, and Stephen S.) were very professional, personable, well mannered, and worked their tails off. It was a big job and there was a lot that needed to be removed and replaced. They took precautions to make sure the floors were covered and protected from debris and damage. They cleaned everything up and left the place better than they found it. Thanks for a great experience. I will definitely recommend Grayson’s!

Could not be more pleased with Grayson Air Conditioning!!! We had our bi- monthlyservice and it was discovered that our Evaporator Coil was leaking coolant and was still under warranty.Grayson sent two installer’s Matthew and Logan to our home. Not only did they professionally install but went above & beyond the call of duty helping me turn offWater main, as my granddaughter had run over water meter and broke water line.Both Matthew & Logan got wet & muddyturn off water for me.We’ve been using Grayson since 1989 and have NEVER been disappointed.I would NOT HESITATE to recommend Grayson Air Conditioning to anyone who wants the BEST😎

It was time for a new system with our power bill around $400. We decided to install a new Carrier Green Speed system! Joey came and inspected our home and was super nice and very professional with explaining the advantage of upgrading the ductwork and insulation for our new system. The installers Chris P, Brannon, Terry, Clay, Alan, Justin and Stephen were very polite and punctual with having the job completed in just 2 days!! They kept the home clean and safe for me and my children while the job was being completed. The quality they brought was unlike any other contractors we’ve ever dealt with! Thank you Grayson! The ladies in the office even called to check on how things went! Thank you Tracy for ordering and registering, Ashley, Amanda, Morgan, Shannon and Carolyn for being the absolute best group of office personnel Ever! 10 stars for Grayson team on this project!! Our upstairs AC unit was running constantly, but the temperature in the rooms stayed in the high 70's and 80's. It was also time to have both our units serviced. We contacted Grayson's and they sent Doug out to troubleshoot the problem that day and to service both our units for a yearly checkup. Doug found the problem in the AC unit and the issues we were facing with the furnace that had not been replaced when the ac was replaced 5 years earlier by the previous homeowners. He answered all our questions, helped us schedule a time the next day for repairs and the replacement of the furnace. Before leaving, Doug made sure everything was in order and cleaned up. Great job! Replacing the furnace and repairing the AC, and (at our request re-leveling the outdoor AC unit) was handled by Lantz, Elijah and Mason. This was a big job that also required replacing our vent in the roof. (Grayson had a roofing company help with that because of our steep roof.). As the work was being completed Joey, the installation manager, came by to make sure everything was completed. All of these Grayson's employees are courteous, respectful, personable, and professional. They contact you before their arrival, keep you informed on how the work is progressing, show you the completed work and, best of all, clean up so well you can't tell they were here. I can't recommend them enough.

The Grayson guys are the BEST! We had two crews at our house throughout the week. The install guys are so professional, friendly, caring, and provide the best customer service. I work from home and was there when they were working. Justin, Alan, and Stephen worked in the attic for days with a smile on their face. When they left everyday they left it so clean that you didn't even know they had been there. Shout out to the install crew on Monday who worked hard to put our new system in and came back to fire it up on Thursday- Pruett, Terry, Clay, and Brannon. Our new AC has been wonderful and it's great knowing we are breathing in the best air quality after having all of duct work replaced. Thanks to Joey for making it happen and having a great crew.

Grayson A/C came out today and installed a new Carrier Infinity Downstairs unit both inside and outside units. The three gentleman...Chris, Dustin and Cooper were the most professional and knowledgeable group of men I could have hoped to work on my new unit. They answered any and all the questions I asked and attended to every minor detail during the installation. My home was left spotless when they left and my new A/C works Great...I would highly recommend Chris...Dustin and Cooper if you need any A/C work as they are up to date on all the codes and made sure every detail was PERFECT..... Tracy, Richard and Peter worked with me to help me get a new unit for my home, inside and outside-the works, as my old system was 2008. Thank you Tracy, Richard and Peter!! It was time and I couldn't ask for a better company to work with!! Within a week of having my old unit looked at, shown pictures of what it looked like on the inside and realized I had a problem waiting to happen, I had a new unit put in. Allen initially looked at my unit, took pictures and made recommendations. He called several times during that week to let me know he was thinking about my job and wanted to be sure I was ok with what I had chosen. How awesome is that!?! Thank you, Allen! THEN, today happened. The "crew" showed up at 8 am. Lantz, Mason, Elijah, Matthew and Brandt. Oh, y'all... they were so impressive. All introduced themselves to me and then to my best friend, Dave. They were so efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job of keeping my floors clean (with drop cloths) as they worked. After 8 hours the job was complete, and my new Carrier Performance Gas Heat/AC System is quiet and working like a charm!!! The outside unit was installed with a beautiful concrete pad, decorated with white rock that looks so good in my back yard. I'm a FAN. Thank you, Elijah, Brandt, Lantz, Mason and Matthew!! After the "crew" left, Grayson's housekeeper, Angie, came in and really cleaned my floors - and it smelled so good in my home when Angie finished. Took less than 10 minutes. Thank you Angie! I recently contacted Grayson Air when I needed a new compressor. Phillip Q. came out the same day, inspected my unit and gave me a couple of different options. I decided to go with Grayson based on the reviews I'd read, Phillip's professionalism, and the quality of the Carrier unit they proposed.My installation was scheduled very quickly and the 3 installers (Lantz W., Mason S., and Elijah S.) were so nice and professional. They kept me informed throughout the day of their progress and took great care not to damage anything in my home. I couldn't have asked for a better installation team. They completed the job earlier than I expected and made sure I didn't have any questions about the new system.I would recommend Grayson Air Conditioning to anyone looking a local company to work with.

Been with these guys just about since I bought my house in 2017. Mostly regular maintenance, the occasional fix. It was (beyond) time for the 2008 system to be replaced inside and out.Matthew, Logan and James came out and replaced the inside and outside units in just a few hours. Showed up at 8:00 am (as scheduled) and got to work. Very professional and respectful the entire time.Even Joey, the installation manager, showed up just at the right time to see how it all turned out. Nice guy as well.

They worked well as a team and were as quiet as could be for doing this kind of work; it was not disruptive. Allen and Justin were great! They listened to my concerns with our dryer vent pipe. They came up with even better solutions than I considered, to allow us to have an additional vent filter and an additional clean-out fitting. Plus, the vent pipe was brought up to meet the proper code! As a long time Grayson customer, we have benefitted from great service in the past. We recently had our twenty three year old AC unit quit on one of the hottest days of summer 2023! The unit went out as we were eating dinner on a Friday evening. After immediately calling three different companies requesting assistance, Grayson Air Conditioning was the only one to follow up that night! The tech came immediately and begin to diligently work on getting the unit up and running. He then informed us that this was a temporary fix and he would need to come back on Monday to determine the permanent solution.On Monday, he returned and begin to check every aspect of the unit. He even had to spend time in our attic, with the outside temp above 100 degrees. After his review, he sat down with us and gave us a list of options. He carefully reviewed each option, its cost, its effectiveness, and its longevity. We decided on a unit and he scheduled a team to come and replace the inside and outside unit.They were very efficient and worked endlessly in making sure that every detail of the unit would be in great working order. Our home is over forty years old and we knew very little about the condition of our duct work. As they installed the new unit the old metal duct work begin to crumble. They informed us that we really needed needed new duct work.Our first thoughts were the cost, then the time it would take, and most importantly that the dust and debri removal would cause a real problem for my asthma. They reassured us the team would work in a timely manner, remove the debri from the attic in enclosed hampers, and would vacuum behind themselves daily. They said it should take four days at the most.We prepared to sleep in our camper thinking the house would not be in a safe condition for me to stay in with my asthma. However, that was not the case. Our hats are off to Chris Pruett, Brannon Kennedy, and Terry Cox. This team was so respectful of our home and its care. Each day they worked in a hot attic eight hours removing the old duct work and installing the new duct work. They then ended their day of hard work by making sure our home was left in immaculate condition! They vacuumed every entry way and checked all areas for debri or dust, including the porches and carport. A special shout out to Chris Pruett for his outstanding leadership with this team!February 7,2024A special shout out to Tyler Hensarling and his team for conducting a follow up to our installation and work completed by Grayson in late summer 2023. Tyler spent time checking out every detail of our installment and made some great suggestions on ways we could conserve energy and save money in the use of our new unit. He again informed us that our insulation needed to be updated for the best performance and conservation. He was not pushy but explained in detailed what we could do to save! He treated us like we were family and made suggestions but never pushed! Thank you for your help and information. The Grayson team has been great to work with !

Garrett did my fall check on my system. He noticed some milddew in the unit and explained the ways to remove and circumvent future problems. He went over the products until I clearly understood the products. We had him install the items and within a few days noticed a difference in the air quality in our home. At the time I mention to him I wanted to put the outdoor unit on a concrete pad. He said the Grayson did that and gave me a quote. Later I contacted him for the work and asked him ifGrayson could also place an additional concrete pad. He sent me a quote which was a fair price. Two days later I was contacted that they could do the work the next day. The workers sent to do the work are a group of workers that impressmed me greatly. Brandt, Jake, Travis, Micah, Terry, and Joey are dedicated to doing their jobs well. When a problem arose that they were not sure how to contine until they checked with their manager. Shortly he appeared at the work area and the problem was solved. Not only do they care about their work, but show great loyality and care about Grayson. They were very respectful to me and made sure I was satisified with the finished product. My hats off to Grayson for the work and having such a group of men.Thank you!2\1\2024. Tyler H. was very patient and thorough through our maintenance that we set up through Grayson. I was not very easy to deal with after receiving multiple outlandish quotes for repairs/replacement that was allegedly needed on our unit and ductwork. Tyler was calm and explained everything in great detail including sharing photos, thorough explanations of each issue, and providing an itemized list of issues and items that would be beneficial to our system and comfort in our home. We are reviewing the repairs and quote and will be in touch soon. We appreciate an honest technician and company, and that’s what we received with Grayson!

Ben Howell was excellent. He actually came out to give us an estimate on a new heat pump system after 5pm, the same day we called. He was very informative and took the time to explain each system that Grayson offered, and the pros/cons of each. He also gave us financing options that were very competitive. Two days after completing the work noted below, technician Scott Hopkins came by as part of our service agreement and did a complete and thorough check of our AC and generator systems. He was professional and paid attention to details. Great job Scott!Grayson completed the AC upgrade to our house this week by installing all new ductwork. It was a large job to remove the old and install the new in two and a half days and Chris Pruett, Brannon Kennedy, Logan and Mason did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves every day and you never knew they were here.

Chris Glenn and Alan Simmons are the installers who removed my malfunctioning furnace and replaced it with a new Carrier unit.They are an outstanding team -- and came off as friendly and professional young men whom I was comfortable having in my home.Chris and Alan performed their work quickly and efficiently with minimal mess or disruption of my household. I was impressed by their willingness to answer my questions; the thoroughness of their work and their care in managing the removal and installation of the furnace units so there was no damage to my home. They repaired the flooring in the area where the furnace stands; removed and replaced the furnace closet door and frame so I couldn't tell it had been moved at all. The new furnace is working well and is not too noisy.The Grayson Service Technician I dealt with in discovering the issue with my old furnace is Aaron Lee. He, too, was prompt in arriving and clearly knew what to look for in determining my problem. I appreciate that he got back to me very quickly with his recommendations and some background information that helped me determine whether to repair the old furnace or replace it.The ladies who responded to my initial call and scheduled my service were friendly, responsive and efficient in getting the help I needed to me quickly -- even on the Friday after Thanksgiving when I made my initial call. I regret that I didn't make a note of their names so they can receive their well deserved recognition.First impressions, as those from Customer Service Reps who answer phones and schedule work for customers are often make or break encounters for me.I don't believe I have ever worked with a company that was so impressive in every aspect of their service delivery as Grayson Air. I recommend them highly.

The blower on my system died yesterday (11/28) and within 1 hour Ben and Terry were crawling underneath my house to figure out the problem. I know I got lucky with the timing this time but it worked out great for me. Grayson AC has always come through for me and you can't ask for more professional and polite service technicians. The team of Shannon B., Tyler H., Scott H. & Carolyn F. deserve 10 stars. In Aug, the central A/C went out 3 days before an elderly family member was due home from the hospital. Tyler came to check it shortly after I called. When Shannon found out, about our situation, she didnt hesitate to find the part we needed &Scott installed it quickly. They even offered to loan us a window unit, if we needed it. For years, Carolyn has been the person we call with any problems & we always get immediate attention. Thanks !!

Aaron did a proposal for ductwork replacement and I worked with Joey to set this job up. It was very professionally done by Matthew, Justin, Lantz, Dustin and Mason. Quick and quality work. They took the old ductwork away and put all R8 ductwork in new. Thankyou for another job well done. I have used them at my previous house and continue to use them at my new house (many years)
