I had the Carrier 4 Ton Horizontal Greenspeed HP System installed on 7/24/2024 by Grayson Air Conditioning, Inc. The installers Matthew Gafford, Bryce Konazeski, and Justin Hollingshead did an outstanding job despite some unexpected Carrier parts issues. They arrived approximately 7:45 am and were finishing between 3:30-4:00 pm, but the system was not working to provide cool air. I want to give a big thanks for the three installers for their professional attitudes and work ethic in sticking with the job. They were able to contact manager and get a new Carrier unit delivered and remove a new evaporator coil from it and install it to get everything working. This despite having to work until 9:20 pm to ensure job was done and all was working. Thank you also to their Manager Will (not sure of last name) who had arrived late in afternoon to check on install and when it was determined that an issue with system had occurred assisted with getting new part and who also displayed outstanding professionalism and remained until install complete and system was properly running. On 7/25/2024 system is working great and despite issues Grayson Air Conditioning employee's were above and beyond anything one could hope for when having a vital expensive HVAC system removal/installation purchase. Thank you all!!!

Had my ac go out at 5 pm, Allen Cowart came out that night but it was not fixable. He hooked us up with a ac window unit while they ordered my ac. Then Masion, Grant, Clay, and Joey worked in the hot heat to get us hooked back up to our ac. Great group of guys! This is my second time with Grayson and i am very pleased with them. I also have them twice a year service my units. I would refer anyone to call them if you are in need of ac work. We even had to call Grayson to see if we could get our bunny out from under the ac work, and to make sure she could do any damage. With a smile Ben came and took a look at where she was and ordered me a box of ac filters to save me from going to the store. So again great team, kind faces and polite gentlemen.

I was told that lightning struck my unit. Had to call my insurance company. The sent some one out with a list of things to fix that equal to over 4k dollars. Tyler came by did an assessment and it cost way less and took him no time to find the root cause and fix my issue. Tyler and Grayson really care about their customers and quality work. They came out to my daughter's house and gave a second opinion due to her warranty company (a competitor) giving her the run around. He was able to locate exactly what was wrong when the competitor over looked it. I am grateful for their help and going over and beyond to figure out what was wrong. This was 2 weeks ago and the competitor still hasn't fixed the problem due to a part coming in, if it wasn't for the warranty with the competitor Grayson would have already had it fixed and back up and running.

Needed service on our 4 yr. old HVAC system. Called 3 local companies and got no response. Out of the blue I called Grayson and Aaron came the next day. Beside the fact our coil was leaking, I told him that we had 2 rooms that ran 5° warmer than the rest of the house. He pointed out how the original system was not installed correctly by another Mobile based company when the house was built. Bottom line is we hired Grayson to re-do the HVAC system and we couldn't be happier. Joey P., Lantz W., Daniel B., Mason S., Stephen S., Angie A. were all very respectful of us and our home. They covered our floors. They left no mess and the installation was extremely neat. We will never call anyone but Grayson in the future.

Our unit of 13 years bit the dust Saturday evening so we went scrambling for an answer. Needless to say we went with Grayson Air due to their $50 diagnostic/travel fee compared to Hanson wanting to charge us double the price!Once it was determined it was best to get a new unit the process was streamlined. By Monday morning at 8 am they were calling us to come over and install it ASAP. By the end of the day my house felt like the igloo I want it to feel like!Allen was great helping us make the decisions and Mason, Glenn, and Cooper worked during an heat wave to install the unit all while having the best attitudes. Joey even made sure I had the best thermostat for my equipment and answered any questions I needed answered. I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

Our ancient AC finally kicked the bucket a few days ago, so we called Grayson Air Conditioning. After Aaron's inspection it was determined we'd need to totally replace our HVAC system due to a several issues he found, so he set us up to get it done today. We had a very positive experience with Grayson AC. We had to replace our entire AC/heating system. Everyone was very nice, professional, helpful! They did a wonderful job. I especially appreciate the work of Terry Cox, Chris Pruett, Logan Woodruff& Brandt Givins- they worked hard all day. Would highly recommend Grayson. Updated 6/2024- We had an issue with our AC + water leaking. Another company was unable to fix the issues after 4 attempts. Grayson fixed it on the first attempt. Graysons has done our HVAC work for years and we have always been very pleased. We just had all our ductwork and attic staircase replaced, which took three days as they had advised. Every day they were exactly on time, communicated well on what to expect that day, worked hard, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the day. There were 3 men on the crew(Matthew, Justin, and Bryce); all very nice well mannered professionals. I honestly was a tad nervous about getting this work done, but it went very smoothly. The compete experience of working with Grayson team members has been eye opening. The customer focus they reflect is really amazing and, unfortunately, not found in many companies now. The team folks we got to meet and interact with, some more than others, are our initial contact with Service Technician Aaron Lee, Installation Manager Joey Pettis, and Chris Glen, Dustin Payne, Brandt Givens, Chris Pruett , Mason Small, Justiin Hollinghead, Matthew Gafford and several others for whom I have no last name, i.e. Bryce, Clay, Cooper and Angie.

The prevailing attitude of the entire team, and they performed as teams need to, was cooperation within the team and an obvious focus on customer satisfaction. It was a real pleasure to interact with them, if only for brief moments. My compliments to the management for establishing a work environment so supportive of the employees. It has and, I'm sure, will continue to provide great return benefits to all.
And the AC works great.

The Grayson team of Matthew Gafford, Justin Hollingshead, and Logan Woodruff repaced my a/c ductwork in my attic last week. They did a great job, were very friendly and professsional. We felt so blessed to find Allen Cowart with Graysons Air Conditioning Service. I was so worried about my Mother being elderly and sick and the Air Conditioner was flooding inside the house or she would have to keep it off in the heat. To top it off, it was a Saturday and Allen called me back right away. Not only he called right away, he said he was on the way! Allen C. assessed the issues with our HVAC and explained the options for repair and replacement in detail. He also provided several options for replacement that centered around our budget and preferred heating type. He was able to get us scheduled for install the following week on dates that fit our schedule.Matthew G., Logan W., and a third technician (that did all the outside work for the install) were prompt, courteous, and polite during our multi-day install (HVAC and duct replacement). We received a phone call before arrival notifying us they were on the way. And they let us know when they were going to break for lunch, when they were finished for the day, and when they were going to return the next day. We had lots of questions and they always took the time to answer them. Brandt also assisted the others with removing the old duct swiftly and with minimal mess.The phone staff was always polite and courteous as well. We will be sure to continue to use Grayson Air Conditional to keep our new system in premium operating condition.

My AC air handler needed to be replaced and everyone I spoke with were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The time finally came and we had to get a new unit. Dustin, Matthew and Logan were sent to install and they were fabulous to work with. They were friendly, informative and even made sure to clean up their mess :). I highly recommend Grayson!

My mother and I was without a working air-conditioning for 3 days. I finally called Grayson and a technician came out the same day. Scott was my technician. He found out exactly what the problem was. He fixed that and installed a float switch which my unit didn't have. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He patiently listened and answered all my questions. Scott was professional, courteous, and kind. Thank you so much! I recommend Grayson to everyone.

We called last Wednesday saying our house was 89 degrees at 8 pm and we couldn’t handle it anymore. Grayson Air conditioning put us on the books for the following Monday and brought us a window unit to use until they could see us and put in a new unit. We highly recommend them! 10/10 service and communication.

Retired disabled veteran moving back to Alabama. Had constant issues one over another with my local company after having a Carrier Infinity 4 ton installed on a 2,200 square foot rancher. Turned out they just didn't have the equipment or expertise needed....Called Grayson after talking to a retired HVAC friend of mine. Aaron Lee showed up at the house, explained what was wrong and got me back up and running in no time to beat this 103 degree August heat wave. Easy choice. Sate of the Art maintenance equipment and 5 Star technicians that are always professional. Best customer service desk ever. Everyone seems like family. Please folks don't go through what I did.... Stop wasting time and money, have it done right the first time. This company has built something special. Make Grayson your only call. I promise you will not regret it. Chris, Brannon, and Terry came out to install a new HVAC system in my home. Such a Friendly and professional group of guys. Even in 100+ degree heat, these guys were all smiles. They did an excellent job on the install. Everything is done to such a high standard and with a "white glove" treatment. They laid floor coverings in my home and there was no sign they were even here when they left, aside from the new unit installed. Joey (manager) stopped by during the install to say hello and check on progress. After all was said and done, Mrs. Angie came in to make sure everything was clean. From quick scheduling, to prompt and on-time service, we say "Thank you Grayson Air Conditioning for making this process smooth and painless".

Grayson Air conditioning, Inc are the best! Recently they installed a generator for us and the did an excellent job. They handled everything and all the details. Thank you so much. Today, they installed a new attic ladder. They crew of Chris Motes, Dustin Payne, and Logan Woodruff took care of business. They cleaned up after the installation and made sure we were satisfied. The professionalism and thoughtfulness of the office staff and the work crews are so refreshing. Even when the weather is hot they stay cool and get the job done. KUDOS to you for jobs well done.

Chris Motes and Logan Woodruff came this morning to replace an evaporator coil in one of our heat pump units. I was pleasantly surprised when they called 15 minutes before arriving and then introducing themselves at the front door. Both gentlemen were very polite and courteous during the repair process. Their professionalism, work ethic, attention to detail, cleanliness and efficiency in completing this job are commendable.

Kudos to Service Technician Scott Hopkins for thoroughly checking out the unit and diagnosing the initial problem quickly.

Kudos are also in order for the staff in keeping us informed when parts were ordered, when parts arrived and then scheduling in a very timely manner. Top notch company with top notch employees.
