Scott was an absolute doll when he came by to do our routine maintenence. I was in the middle of cooking breakfast and couldn't stop and he just took care of everything and barely made a peep just smiled the entire time and was nothing but friendly. My husband and I both work from home so he was very conscious about the noise level. You would have never known he was there for the most part. Glad to know we can personally request him for our services after calling the office to brag on him yesterday ❤️

I don't know how Grayson AC finds so many polite and knowledgeable service technicians. I have met many techs over the 20+ years I have been with Grayson, and ALL have been good. Today we had Allen come for our six month maintenance. He so nice and polite and took the time to explain what he had seen and done on our system. He even followed up on issue that I kept forgetting to call about. Allen went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. Another great experience with Grayson.

Between maintaining my own home, as well as managing home projects for clients, I’ve worked with Grayson a lot recently.As always, they’ve provided excellent, professional customer service. That great service starts with Peyton, Shannon, Morgan and Ashley who are always cheerful and so helpful on the phone; they always sound like they are delighted to be at work and that they genuinely want to be of assistance. Today, Phillip was prompt, professional and even saved my client some money. Shouts out to Will, Tracey, and Joey for mapping out a more efficient design for my client’s attic ducts. Using Grayson has been a great experience! We noticed that our AC quit working Friday morning so I called into Grayson after one of our neighbors had suggested them. Very quickly Aaron Lee came out. He was fantastic at diagnosing the problem and was great at explaining the issues with our air handler. He went into great detail in showing me our options to fix the problem and explaining the pros and cons for each. Our experience with the install crew was fantastic as well! Chris Pruett, Clay Dasczuk, and Brannon Kennedy got out to us early in the morning and wasted no time completing the install of our new air handler. They also went above and beyond in explaining the new air handler and what to expect for the install. They answered all of our questions. They took great care of us, and as a result we look forward to using Grayson for all of our AC/heating needs!

Hands down the best ac company and have gained a life long customer. They are quick, friendly, courteous, professional, competent, and thorough. Chris, Bryce, Ethan, Brandt, and Clay all came out today and completely replaced our inside and outside units as well as got ac running to part of our upstairs bedrooms that the previous company had messed up. The price was unbeatable and they even offered us a military discount which made the overall price cheaper than originally quoted, even with taxes. My family and I will highly be recommending them. Also, their price for just coming out to diagnose an issue is exceptional and they were fast and friendly. Our home warranty jerked us around a lot and even though it wasn’t their issue, they made the whole situation bearable!

Will and Tyler were excellent help today! They were quick to respond and a speedy service at a much more reasonable price. Another local company had us about to sign on the line for a new $14,000 unit and Grayson’s had us cooling off for a fraction of that cost in half the time!! I can’t say enough about them…we even went ahead and signed up for the maintenance plan! We are grateful to have Grayson’s on our side! Great job guys!

We are very pleased with Grayson and the personnel we have had the pleasure to interact with. From the first call to find a company to assume the maintenance of our units, conversations have been both courteous and professional. It is nice to know a company that is quick to respond and strives to make the customer feel important. Life is busy in today’s society and punctuality is very important.In addition to the maintenance, we had to relocate one unit and replace the entire second floor duct system. Grayson was expedient in providing solutions. Calls to the office were met with the pleasure of speaking with Tracy - polite and professional. The response time from Aaron L was appreciated. The coordination and solution discussions with Joey were great. The install crew of Lantz W, Daniel B, Ethan D were very polite and professional as well. After finding out that several of the services techs we had always trusted left the previous company and gone to Grayson's Air Conditioning, and having had a very challenging summer last year with the company we had been using for over a decade, I looked into Grayson's this year, when one of our units starting failing. I called Grayson's on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled them for my first off day, which was Monday. Mr. Doug came out first thing Monday morning, was able to match the quote and set up financing within no time. Ashley called me within the hour and scheduled my install for Wednesday. First thing Wednesday morning, Dustin and Cooper were here to install my new unit. Both days, Doug and Dustin called thirty minutes in advance to let me know they were on their way. Everyone was extremely kind and considerate of me, my home, and my pets. Dustin and Cooper kept everything very neat and clean, even vacuuming up the area, despite having also laid down a drop cloth. They cleaned up all the old wiring and filter system, that had been left even after the last unit was installed, and rebuilt the shelving for the unit, after the leaks/damage we had last year. Mr. Joey came to check on them during the job, to make sure they weren't overheating and see if they had everything they needed, as well as introduce himself to me and reassuring me, I could call them anytime we need them. It has been a very pleasant experience, with absolutely no issues, and I appreciate them all so much. I will be using Grayson's for my heating and a/c needs from now on.

Lantz W., Daniel B. and Ethan D. did an incredible job replacing our HVAC system in the heat of the summer. Lantz explained the system we were sold and discussed the process and he and his team got straight to work. When they finished, Lantz took additional time to review the thermostat and show me how they sealed and patched the duct until they come back and replace it. He also explained the protective measures for the outdoor condenser (hardware used to secure and protect from up to 150mph winds). They cleaned up as if they were never here. Daniel and Ethan had a good leader and were professional and courteous as well. We appreciate the technicians, the sales team (Philip) and the Installation Manager, Joey, for also coming by to inform us about the attic access for the next steps in replacing our ductwork when it cools off later this year. We won't use any other company for maintenance, repairs or replacements because they really are the best around!

I had the Carrier 4 Ton Horizontal Greenspeed HP System installed on 7/24/2024 by Grayson Air Conditioning, Inc. The installers Matthew Gafford, Bryce Konazeski, and Justin Hollingshead did an outstanding job despite some unexpected Carrier parts issues. They arrived approximately 7:45 am and were finishing between 3:30-4:00 pm, but the system was not working to provide cool air. I want to give a big thanks for the three installers for their professional attitudes and work ethic in sticking with the job. They were able to contact manager and get a new Carrier unit delivered and remove a new evaporator coil from it and install it to get everything working. This despite having to work until 9:20 pm to ensure job was done and all was working. Thank you also to their Manager Will (not sure of last name) who had arrived late in afternoon to check on install and when it was determined that an issue with system had occurred assisted with getting new part and who also displayed outstanding professionalism and remained until install complete and system was properly running. On 7/25/2024 system is working great and despite issues Grayson Air Conditioning employee's were above and beyond anything one could hope for when having a vital expensive HVAC system removal/installation purchase. Thank you all!!!

Scott Hopkins was my service technician. Scott has been to my house several times for routine maintenance but this was the first time I had an emergency. I had no AC from Sunday to Monday and it was 91 degrees inside the house. Scott quickly found the problem and had me up and running in no time. That isn't the end of the story. It's the professional was that Scott always presents himself. He is knowledgably, very kind, a gentleman and an asset to Grayson. I too am in a service business, working for Pilot Catastrophe Service on Hillcrest. I would take 100 just like Scott. He is a true professional.

8/2/24 After I came home from work and noticed my air conditioner wasn’t functioning properly, I called another vendor that couldn’t get me until Monday. The absolute best in professionalism. Had my entire AC unit replaced. They were out within less than 24hrs. Lantz, Daniel, Ethan, Clay and Chris before starting explained the entire process cleaned and removed all excess/unwanted material. They even brought me a window AC unit while they worked. I had just bought my house and my ac starting going out just two weeks in but luckily from Lantz Waters working there and all of the amazing things he had told me about the company I knew exactly who to call. From miss Shannon in the office being so polite she had Ben come out that afternoon, and he was able to get me back up and running and have ac for my kids that night. Then the next day when more problems arrived she had Mr. Alan come out and he was more than helpful with pricing and options and really took his time making the process so much easier. After you help me find a good unit and pricing that worked for me he had an install crew there the very next day Installing my new unit. The 3 man crew of Lantz W. Daniel B. And Ethan D. Had my ac go out at 5 pm, Allen Cowart came out that night but it was not fixable. He hooked us up with a ac window unit while they ordered my ac. Then Masion, Grant, Clay, and Joey worked in the hot heat to get us hooked back up to our ac. Great group of guys! This is my second time with Grayson and i am very pleased with them. I also have them twice a year service my units. I would refer anyone to call them if you are in need of ac work. We even had to call Grayson to see if we could get our bunny out from under the ac work, and to make sure she could do any damage. With a smile Ben came and took a look at where she was and ordered me a box of ac filters to save me from going to the store. So again great team, kind faces and polite gentlemen.

I was told that lightning struck my unit. Had to call my insurance company. The sent some one out with a list of things to fix that equal to over 4k dollars. Tyler came by did an assessment and it cost way less and took him no time to find the root cause and fix my issue. Tyler and Grayson really care about their customers and quality work. They came out to my daughter's house and gave a second opinion due to her warranty company (a competitor) giving her the run around. He was able to locate exactly what was wrong when the competitor over looked it. I am grateful for their help and going over and beyond to figure out what was wrong. This was 2 weeks ago and the competitor still hasn't fixed the problem due to a part coming in, if it wasn't for the warranty with the competitor Grayson would have already had it fixed and back up and running.

Needed service on our 4 yr. old HVAC system. Called 3 local companies and got no response. Out of the blue I called Grayson and Aaron came the next day. Beside the fact our coil was leaking, I told him that we had 2 rooms that ran 5° warmer than the rest of the house. He pointed out how the original system was not installed correctly by another Mobile based company when the house was built. Bottom line is we hired Grayson to re-do the HVAC system and we couldn't be happier. Joey P., Lantz W., Daniel B., Mason S., Stephen S., Angie A. were all very respectful of us and our home. They covered our floors. They left no mess and the installation was extremely neat. We will never call anyone but Grayson in the future.

Our unit of 13 years bit the dust Saturday evening so we went scrambling for an answer. Needless to say we went with Grayson Air due to their $50 diagnostic/travel fee compared to Hanson wanting to charge us double the price!Once it was determined it was best to get a new unit the process was streamlined. By Monday morning at 8 am they were calling us to come over and install it ASAP. By the end of the day my house felt like the igloo I want it to feel like!Allen was great helping us make the decisions and Mason, Glenn, and Cooper worked during an heat wave to install the unit all while having the best attitudes. Joey even made sure I had the best thermostat for my equipment and answered any questions I needed answered. I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

Our ancient AC finally kicked the bucket a few days ago, so we called Grayson Air Conditioning. After Aaron's inspection it was determined we'd need to totally replace our HVAC system due to a several issues he found, so he set us up to get it done today. My family and I needed an emergency AC replacement as it broke down upon my dad’s arrival home from receiving healthcare treatment. The day of we had a wonderful tech come out to the house to take a look , and he even temporarily fixed it till a crew could come the next morning. Graysons has done our HVAC work for years and we have always been very pleased. We just had all our ductwork and attic staircase replaced, which took three days as they had advised. Every day they were exactly on time, communicated well on what to expect that day, worked hard, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the day. There were 3 men on the crew(Matthew, Justin, and Bryce); all very nice well mannered professionals. I honestly was a tad nervous about getting this work done, but it went very smoothly. Grayson's showed up 20 minutes after I called and then had window units brought to my house while they installed a new heat pump. They also ripped out all of my ductwork and replaced it. Artwork that nobody will ever see. Justin H, Cooper, and Brice cut no corners in implementation of the duct work. I don't know a ton about HVAC, but know what I'm looking at.... Don't buy a lesson, use these Grayson's.
Also worth mentioning that there was a small wear and tear issue with the outside unit, while the duct work was being buttoned up. Doug C came right out and fixed it.... and the duct work team stayed to ensure all was as it should be, post repair, before they left. Again, do not buy a lesson, just call Grayson's first!

Chris Glen and Dustin Payne and crew came to our home and installed a new A/C unit for inside and outside. Not only did they do their job with efficiency, they were also kind and helpful. Will and Tyler were excellent help today! They were quick to respond and a speedy service at a much more reasonable price. Another local company had us about to sign on the line for a new $14,000 unit and Grayson’s had us cooling off for a fraction of that cost in half the time!! I can’t say enough about them…we even went ahead and signed up for the maintenance plan! We are grateful to have Grayson’s on our side! Great job guys!

I called Graysons on a Thursday afternoon to see if they were able to work on our mini-split. They sent Scott Hopkins the very next morning, calling thirty minutes ahead. He was very courteous, respectful to my mom, home, and animals, and gave my mom an upfront diagnosis, options, estimates, and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. We will have to replace it soon, but he was able to fix the leak in the meantime. We've always trusted Scott, with the last company we used and so glad he is with Graysons now. Highly recommend.

We felt so blessed to find Allen Cowart with Graysons Air Conditioning Service. I was so worried about my Mother being elderly and sick and the Air Conditioner was flooding inside the house or she would have to keep it off in the heat. Artwork that nobody will ever see. Justin H, Cooper, and Brice cut no corners in implementation of the duct work. I don't know a ton about HVAC, but know what I'm looking at.... Don't buy a lesson, use these Grayson's.
Also worth mentioning that there was a small wear and tear issue with the outside unit, while the duct work was being buttoned up. Doug C came right out and fixed it.... and the duct work team stayed to ensure all was as it should be, post repair, before they left. Again, do not buy a lesson, just call Grayson's first!

Scott was an absolute doll when he came by to do our routine maintenence. I was in the middle of cooking breakfast and couldn't stop and he just took care of everything and barely made a peep just smiled the entire time and was nothing but friendly. Using Grayson has been a great experience! We noticed that our AC quit working Friday morning so I called into Grayson after one of our neighbors had suggested them. Very quickly Aaron Lee came out. He was fantastic at diagnosing the problem and was great at explaining the issues with our air handler. He went into great detail in showing me our options to fix the problem and explaining the pros and cons for each. Our experience with the install crew was fantastic as well! Chris Pruett, Clay Dasczuk, and Brannon Kennedy got out to us early in the morning and wasted no time completing the install of our new air handler. They also went above and beyond in explaining the new air handler and what to expect for the install. They answered all of our questions. They took great care of us, and as a result we look forward to using Grayson for all of our AC/heating needs!

Hands down the best ac company and have gained a life long customer. They are quick, friendly, courteous, professional, competent, and thorough. Chris, Bryce, Ethan, Brandt, and Clay all came out today and completely replaced our inside and outside units as well as got ac running to part of our upstairs bedrooms that the previous company had messed up. The price was unbeatable and they even offered us a military discount which made the overall price cheaper than originally quoted, even with taxes. My family and I will highly be recommending them. Also, their price for just coming out to diagnose an issue is exceptional and they were fast and friendly. Our home warranty jerked us around a lot and even though it wasn’t their issue, they made the whole situation bearable!

I called Graysons on a Thursday afternoon to see if they were able to work on our mini-split. They sent Scott Hopkins the very next morning, calling thirty minutes ahead. He was very courteous, respectful to my mom, home, and animals, and gave my mom an upfront diagnosis, options, estimates, and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. We will have to replace it soon, but he was able to fix the leak in the meantime. We've always trusted Scott, with the last company we used and so glad he is with Graysons now. Highly recommend.

After finding out that several of the services techs we had always trusted left the previous company and gone to Grayson's Air Conditioning, and having had a very challenging summer last year with the company we had been using for over a decade, I looked into Grayson's this year, when one of our units starting failing. I called Grayson's on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled them for my first off day, which was Monday. Mr. Doug came out first thing Monday morning, was able to match the quote and set up financing within no time. Ashley called me within the hour and scheduled my install for Wednesday. First thing Wednesday morning, Dustin and Cooper were here to install my new unit. Both days, Doug and Dustin called thirty minutes in advance to let me know they were on their way. Everyone was extremely kind and considerate of me, my home, and my pets. Dustin and Cooper kept everything very neat and clean, even vacuuming up the area, despite having also laid down a drop cloth. They cleaned up all the old wiring and filter system, that had been left even after the last unit was installed, and rebuilt the shelving for the unit, after the leaks/damage we had last year. Mr. Joey came to check on them during the job, to make sure they weren't overheating and see if they had everything they needed, as well as introduce himself to me and reassuring me, I could call them anytime we need them. It has been a very pleasant experience, with absolutely no issues, and I appreciate them all so much. I will be using Grayson's for my heating and a/c needs from now on.

Lantz W., Daniel B. and Ethan D. did an incredible job replacing our HVAC system in the heat of the summer. Lantz explained the system we were sold and discussed the process and he and his team got straight to work. When they finished, Lantz took additional time to review the thermostat and show me how they sealed and patched the duct until they come back and replace it. He also explained the protective measures for the outdoor condenser (hardware used to secure and protect from up to 150mph winds). They cleaned up as if they were never here. Daniel and Ethan had a good leader and were professional and courteous as well. We appreciate the technicians, the sales team (Philip) and the Installation Manager, Joey, for also coming by to inform us about the attic access for the next steps in replacing our ductwork when it cools off later this year. We won't use any other company for maintenance, repairs or replacements because they really are the best around!

I had the Carrier 4 Ton Horizontal Greenspeed HP System installed on 7/24/2024 by Grayson Air Conditioning, Inc. The installers Matthew Gafford, Bryce Konazeski, and Justin Hollingshead did an outstanding job despite some unexpected Carrier parts issues. They arrived approximately 7:45 am and were finishing between 3:30-4:00 pm, but the system was not working to provide cool air. I want to give a big thanks for the three installers for their professional attitudes and work ethic in sticking with the job. They were able to contact manager and get a new Carrier unit delivered and remove a new evaporator coil from it and install it to get everything working. This despite having to work until 9:20 pm to ensure job was done and all was working. Thank you also to their Manager Will (not sure of last name) who had arrived late in afternoon to check on install and when it was determined that an issue with system had occurred assisted with getting new part and who also displayed outstanding professionalism and remained until install complete and system was properly running. On 7/25/2024 system is working great and despite issues Grayson Air Conditioning employee's were above and beyond anything one could hope for when having a vital expensive HVAC system removal/installation purchase. Thank you all!!!

Scott Hopkins was my service technician. Scott has been to my house several times for routine maintenance but this was the first time I had an emergency. I had no AC from Sunday to Monday and it was 91 degrees inside the house. Scott quickly found the problem and had me up and running in no time. That isn't the end of the story. The absolute best in professionalism. Had my entire AC unit replaced. They were out within less than 24hrs. I had just bought my house and my ac starting going out just two weeks in but luckily from Lantz Waters working there and all of the amazing things he had told me about the company I knew exactly who to call. From miss Shannon in the office being so polite she had Ben come out that afternoon, and he was able to get me back up and running and have ac for my kids that night. Then the next day when more problems arrived she had Mr. Alan come out and he was more than helpful with pricing and options and really took his time making the process so much easier. Then Masion, Grant, Clay, and Joey worked in the hot heat to get us hooked back up to our ac. Great group of guys! This is my second time with Grayson and i am very pleased with them. I also have them twice a year service my units. I would refer anyone to call them if you are in need of ac work. I was told that lightning struck my unit. Had to call my insurance company. The sent some one out with a list of things to fix that equal to over 4k dollars. They came out to my daughter's house and gave a second opinion due to her warranty company (a competitor) giving her the run around. He was able to locate exactly what was wrong when the competitor over looked it. I am grateful for their help and going over and beyond to figure out what was wrong. This was 2 weeks ago and the competitor still hasn't fixed the problem due to a part coming in, if it wasn't for the warranty with the competitor Grayson would have already had it fixed and back up and running.

Needed service on our 4 yr. old HVAC system. Called 3 local companies and got no response. Out of the blue I called Grayson and Aaron came the next day. Beside the fact our coil was leaking, I told him that we had 2 rooms that ran 5° warmer than the rest of the house. He pointed out how the original system was not installed correctly by another Mobile based company when the house was built. Bottom line is we hired Grayson to re-do the HVAC system and we couldn't be happier. Joey P., Lantz W., Daniel B., Mason S., Stephen S., Angie A. were all very respectful of us and our home. Our unit of 13 years bit the dust Saturday evening so we went scrambling for an answer. Needless to say we went with Grayson Air due to their $50 diagnostic/travel fee compared to Hanson wanting to charge us double the price!Once it was determined it was best to get a new unit the process was streamlined. By Monday morning at 8 am they were calling us to come over and install it ASAP. By the end of the day my house felt like the igloo I want it to feel like!Allen was great helping us make the decisions and Mason, Glenn, and Cooper worked during an heat wave to install the unit all while having the best attitudes. Joey even made sure I had the best thermostat for my equipment and answered any questions I needed answered. I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

Our ancient AC finally kicked the bucket a few days ago, so we called Grayson Air Conditioning. After Aaron's inspection it was determined we'd need to totally replace our HVAC system due to a several issues he found, so he set us up to get it done today. Chris, Brannnon and Clay installed blown attic insulation. They did a great job. It was done quickly and efficiently in a very professional manner. Preparation and cleanup was excellent. We are very pleased with the results.

Graysons has done our HVAC work for years and we have always been very pleased. We just had all our ductwork and attic staircase replaced, which took three days as they had advised. Every day they were exactly on time, communicated well on what to expect that day, worked hard, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the day. There were 3 men on the crew(Matthew, Justin, and Bryce); all very nice well mannered professionals. I honestly was a tad nervous about getting this work done, but it went very smoothly. Again very appreciative of Matthew, Justin, and Bryce. I highly recommend Graysons!

Grayson came out first thing in the morning and got straight to work on replacing our downstairs air conditioning unit! They were all friendly and very helpful in setting everything up! Grayson's showed up 20 minutes after I called and then had window units brought to my house while they installed a new heat pump. They also ripped out all of my ductwork and replaced it. The compete experience of working with Grayson team members has been eye opening. The customer focus they reflect is really amazing and, unfortunately, not found in many companies now. The team folks we got to meet and interact with, some more than others, are our initial contact with Service Technician Aaron Lee, Installation Manager Joey Pettis, and Chris Glen, Dustin Payne, Brandt Givens, Chris Pruett , Mason Small, Justiin Hollinghead, Matthew Gafford and several others for whom I have no last name, i.e. Bryce, Clay, Cooper and Angie.
The prevailing attitude of the entire team, and they performed as teams need to, was cooperation within the team and an obvious focus on customer satisfaction. It was a real pleasure to interact with them, if only for brief moments. My compliments to the management for establishing a work environment so supportive of the employees. We felt so blessed to find Allen Cowart with Graysons Air Conditioning Service. I was so worried about my Mother being elderly and sick and the Air Conditioner was flooding inside the house or she would have to keep it off in the heat. To top it off, it was a Saturday and Allen called me back right away. Not only he called right away, he said he was on the way! Allen quickly and thoroughly checked the unit and fixed it and flushed it out. He was a man of his word and charged what he quoted . Allen Cowart pulled up in one the cleanest work van I have ever seen with a custom paint job! I thought to my self “well if the service is half as nice as that van then I am in good hands”. I meant to post this when it happened, but I had Grayson install a new unit for me this summer and I did a great job sometime later on a Sunday was not cooling properly called them. They sent Doug out very quickly. Doug immediately identified a problem turned out to just be simply a breaker overloading, which he fixed in a matter of minutes, and I was very happy with the service he provided
