A call to Grayson Air Conditioning Ashley, confident to get me on the schedule that day. Tech Arron called visited trouble shooting the unit. Arron provided a quote to replace and scheduled next day replacement. Tj and a crew of four arrived sharp 8:00 am next day working to remove and install new unit. Rebuilding the ac compartment and a new pedestal and new electric box outside. A new wifi thermostat was installed. TJ answered my questions during the work. That night the ac was operating. Arron followed up and a call for the office followed up I was totally satisfied with the install and the equipment. I was most impressed that Grayson did perform the work as promised.

Just Had Grayson come out last night on an emergency call. I called several repair services that had 24 hour service which I will not name, However Grayson answered and said I’ll see you in 15 minutes. I Said BOOM!!!! This was about 11:30pm. Just had Grayson come out to run diagnostics on an aging AC unit that's giving us trouble. We've had another company via a home warranty work on the system recently and keep having trouble, so we wanted a second opinion. I wish we'd gone with Grayson from the start. The difference in professionalism and competence was obvious. Lantz did an amazing job, and really took his time examining the system and providing a comprehensive diagnosis. At the end of the service I was provided paperwork clearly outlining recommended services and prices. There was zero pressure. We're going to end up needing to replace this unit, and when we do I feel confident that we'll go with Grayson. Thank you, Lantz!

The blower on my system died yesterday (11/28) and within 1 hour Ben and Terry were crawling underneath my house to figure out the problem. I know I got lucky with the timing this time but it worked out great for me. Grayson AC has always come through for me and you can't ask for more professional and polite service technicians. I came home at 5:30 to a 75 degree house and a complete ice block of a unit! We ended up with a new unit (we knew it was coming) and they took very good care of us. Will got us financed immediately. Dustin P, Brad B and Christian G came out to do the install within a day. They were neat and polite. I got a call that morning that they were heading my way. They cleaned up all of their stuff and you could not tell that anyone had been there working! I can't thank you enough for getting us up and running so quickly!

Grayson and Lantz is Heaven sent. My air stopped working I got online to see if I could find someone to come out on short notice on a Saturday the receptionist that took my call was hands down by far the Best! Lantz did call me to follow up to let me know he couldn't make it that day but he could get to me early the next morning. He was her 15 minutes before appointment time, and was the most professional, kind, courteous technician. He was explaining to me what happened and also told me about a service they offer that helps prevent the problem, which is very affordable so I purchased that. We have used Grayson for several years including getting a new outside unit. They are just the best. Professional and courteous, with quick turnaround for appointments. Thomas did a fabulous job today diagnosing our issue (low-quality air handler installed by another company and restricted coil), and offering solutions. We will call Thomas as soon as we are ready to get the new air handler, and until then he gave us some useful advice to get by with what we have. I also greatly appreciate the support Grayson has given to my child’s school (Collier ES), including cold drinks for teachers during hot carline, and ice cream for kids during field day!! Great company, awesome employees, strong community partner!

Aaron Lee and Ben Howell did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing a problem with our upstairs A/C unit that resulted from an apparent power surge. After replacing the damaged parts, the system still was not working. Further inspection revealed a problem that was highly unusual, a problem not frequently seen. Once they recognized what it was, they quickly corrected the problem and the down system immediately came back up.Through it all Aaron and Ben were polite, professional, thorough, and persistent. They deserve to be recognized for their skill and acumen in finding and fixing a problematic situation. Thanks to Aaron and Ben for their service, and to Peter Grayson and Richard Ridge for their perspicacity in hiring great service techs! That combination is why Grayson is the premier A/C service company on the Gulf Coast. Five stars, all around!

I had the Carrier 4 Ton Horizontal Greenspeed HP System installed on 7/24/2024 by Grayson Air Conditioning, Inc. The installers Matthew Gafford, Bryce Konazeski, and Justin Hollingshead did an outstanding job despite some unexpected Carrier parts issues. They arrived approximately 7:45 am and were finishing between 3:30-4:00 pm, but the system was not working to provide cool air. I want to give a big thanks for the three installers for their professional attitudes and work ethic in sticking with the job. They were able to contact manager and get a new Carrier unit delivered and remove a new evaporator coil from it and install it to get everything working. This despite having to work until 9:20 pm to ensure job was done and all was working. Thank you also to their Manager Will (not sure of last name) who had arrived late in afternoon to check on install and when it was determined that an issue with system had occurred assisted with getting new part and who also displayed outstanding professionalism and remained until install complete and system was properly running. On 7/25/2024 system is working great and despite issues Grayson Air Conditioning employee's were above and beyond anything one could hope for when having a vital expensive HVAC system removal/installation purchase. Thank you all!!!June 2, 2025Lantz Waters provided my semiannual Air Conditioner service. I really appreciate the professional service. Grayson employees have always been great and very knowledgeable and Lantz was outstanding explaining everything I asked about.

Grayson Air Condition, Inc. just installed my new Heat Pump System. These guys are EXCEPTIONAL! No one wants to hear that their heat pump has pumped it's last pump, but after 25 yrs I can't complain. I am so glad I chose this company. I have to say THANKS Will for coming to my house and giving me all the pricing and choices I had. THANKS Chase for being understanding of how hard of a decision I had to make in purchasing a new heat pump and giving me other options I might could do but I also knew that it was off to the graveyard for this heat pump! The installation crew, Daniel B. & Ethan D., were very professional and worked together great to install everything. Started with putting lg drop cloths out for them to walk on and the work area. Grayson is the BEST!! My parents (92 and 93) had no air, I called and Scott H called me back in just a few minutes. It was a Thursday evening after hours… He was at their home within the hour and diagnosed the problem. Something was broken and he didn’t have the part. He went to their shop and brought back, and set up, 2 A/C window units for them to use for the night. The very next day the installation crew was back at 8:15 to fix the A/C and take back the window units!! Awesome company!!! The crew were Daniel B, Ethan D and Keaten C. 7 pm on a Monday had an ac issue, and made a call. By 8:15 it was working and blowing cold. 1 hr and 15 min from call to completed service after hours! Doesn’t get better than that, and for a reasonable price! Lantz waters is the guy you want to come, super friendly - though I assume there are some other good ones too. Oh and ps, we live out of state, so all of this was done remotely. Fantastic!

EXCELLENT JOB. We had out upstairs unit replaced in 2018 under a Home Warranty plan. The two installers were a joke. Multiple recalls to fix poor installation, and here it is seven years later needing repaired. Grayson sent out a team of six men who were each experts in their own area. AMAZING TEAM. I am confident I will not need to call them back except for the biannual maintenance. The six men were Matthew, Bryce, Brad, Christian, Brandt & Chris P. They even cleaned up their mess. They deserve a bonus for doing exactly what they were supposed to do, but they even went way above what was required. They were polite (But none of them could beat me in ping pong--and I'm 73 years old. They were good sports). They can try again on the maintenance trip.

My 16 KW Generac generator was 20 years old. Service since 2013 by Grayson that kept it going well for all those years. Replaced with 18 kW generator from Grayson on. April 9. Bell and crew did a good job. However, on April 14, the battery went dead.. Grayson sent will who diagnosed failure of electrical control system. The replacement part was skillfully installed on four 2525 by Lanz Waters and he is working well. The glitch by the manufacturer was a pain, but diagnosis and service of the problem was excellent

Grayson's crew just completed installing new duct work. They removed the old duct work and totally cleaned following the job. They also added new insulation. The base of one of the units needed to be replaced due to water damage. They took out the old unit, cleaned, and built a new base. They installed a 'halo" purifier on both units.
All of the guys were super nice and accommodating.

Yall, let me tell you how AMAZING Grayson Air Conditioning is! I called and left a message with their 24 hour answering service at 5AM and received a call back within the hour! It’s the middle of the summer, and they were prepared to send a technician out THAT MORNING! Unfortunately I had to get to work and nobody would be here, so the technician, Ben, even coordinated with me on his way to my house that afternoon to make sure we’d be there at the same time! The customer service was absolutely top notch, and Ben got me up and running within MINUTES! In fact, he arrived a few minutes before me and I got there to the good news of a working AC! He answered ALL my questions informatively and gave me some great tips to improve the efficiency of our system in the summer! I’ll DEFINITELY be calling on them to redo all my duct work, thanks to his thorough and well explained suggestion after I inquired about it! Also got signed up on a maintenance plan thanks to him, which takes away so much stress off me to remember to call for a tune up. My interior blower motor went out last Thursday. I was given a range of prices, anywhere from $1,450-$3,000 to replace. I have a good friend back home that works for a competitor that checked the price for the model I have and said it is $122 for that part. I understand labor costs, inflation, etc….But $1,450 to replace a $122 part!!! That didn’t include Freon which mine supposedly didn’t include which I find that very hard to believe. It was froze, and it’s 16 years old!!

Artwork that nobody will ever see. Justin H, Cooper, and Brice cut no corners in implementation of the duct work. I don't know a ton about HVAC, but know what I'm looking at.... Don't buy a lesson, use these Grayson's.
Also worth mentioning that there was a small wear and tear issue with the outside unit, while the duct work was being buttoned up. Doug C came right out and fixed it.... and the duct work team stayed to ensure all was as it should be, post repair, before they left. Again, do not buy a lesson, just call Grayson's first!

I called Graysons on a Thursday afternoon to see if they were able to work on our mini-split. They sent Scott Hopkins the very next morning, calling thirty minutes ahead. He was very courteous, respectful to my mom, home, and animals, and gave my mom an upfront diagnosis, options, estimates, and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. We will have to replace it soon, but he was able to fix the leak in the meantime. We've always trusted Scott, with the last company we used and so glad he is with Graysons now. Highly recommend.

I needed to get my duct system replaced, and Grayson AC was very helpful throughout the whole process. They quickly got someone out to give me an estimate, and then followed up to schedule a time to come out.

A call to Grayson Air Conditioning Ashley, confident to get me on the schedule that day. Tech Arron called visited trouble shooting the unit. Arron provided a quote to replace and scheduled next day replacement. Tj and a crew of four arrived sharp 8:00 am next day working to remove and install new unit. Rebuilding the ac compartment and a new pedestal and new electric box outside. A new wifi thermostat was installed. TJ answered my questions during the work. That night the ac was operating. Arron followed up and a call for the office followed up I was totally satisfied with the install and the equipment. I was most impressed that Grayson did perform the work as promised.

Just had Grayson come out to run diagnostics on an aging AC unit that's giving us trouble. We've had another company via a home warranty work on the system recently and keep having trouble, so we wanted a second opinion. I wish we'd gone with Grayson from the start. The difference in professionalism and competence was obvious. Lantz did an amazing job, and really took his time examining the system and providing a comprehensive diagnosis. At the end of the service I was provided paperwork clearly outlining recommended services and prices. There was zero pressure. The blower on my system died yesterday (11/28) and within 1 hour Ben and Terry were crawling underneath my house to figure out the problem. I came home at 5:30 to a 75 degree house and a complete ice block of a unit! We ended up with a new unit (we knew it was coming) and they took very good care of us. Will got us financed immediately. Thomas did a fabulous job today diagnosing our issue (low-quality air handler installed by another company and restricted coil), and offering solutions. We will call Thomas as soon as we are ready to get the new air handler, and until then he gave us some useful advice to get by with what we have. Aaron Lee and Ben Howell did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing a problem with our upstairs A/C unit that resulted from an apparent power surge. After replacing the damaged parts, the system still was not working. Further inspection revealed a problem that was highly unusual, a problem not frequently seen. Once they recognized what it was, they quickly corrected the problem and the down system immediately came back up.Through it all Aaron and Ben were polite, professional, thorough, and persistent. I had the Carrier 4 Ton Horizontal Greenspeed HP System installed on 7/24/2024 by Grayson Air Conditioning, Inc. The installers Matthew Gafford, Bryce Konazeski, and Justin Hollingshead did an outstanding job despite some unexpected Carrier parts issues. They arrived approximately 7:45 am and were finishing between 3:30-4:00 pm, but the system was not working to provide cool air. I want to give a big thanks for the three installers for their professional attitudes and work ethic in sticking with the job. They were able to contact manager and get a new Carrier unit delivered and remove a new evaporator coil from it and install it to get everything working. This despite having to work until 9:20 pm to ensure job was done and all was working. On 7/25/2024 system is working great and despite issues Grayson Air Conditioning employee's were above and beyond anything one could hope for when having a vital expensive HVAC system removal/installation purchase. During the process of selling our home we encountered a problem with our A/C system. Because closing was fast approaching and we had already moved out of state, we called a friend who recommended Grayson. We needed a competent company to come out, diagnose the problem and offer a solution.

Grayson's crew just completed installing new duct work. They removed the old duct work and totally cleaned following the job. They also added new insulation. The base of one of the units needed to be replaced due to water damage. They took out the old unit, cleaned, and built a new base. They installed a 'halo" purifier on both units.
All of the guys were super nice and accommodating.

Yall, let me tell you how AMAZING Grayson Air Conditioning is! I called and left a message with their 24 hour answering service at 5AM and received a call back within the hour! It’s the middle of the summer, and they were prepared to send a technician out THAT MORNING! Unfortunately I had to get to work and nobody would be here, so the technician, Ben, even coordinated with me on his way to my house that afternoon to make sure we’d be there at the same time! The customer service was absolutely top notch, and Ben got me up and running within MINUTES! In fact, he arrived a few minutes before me and I got there to the good news of a working AC! He answered ALL my questions informatively and gave me some great tips to improve the efficiency of our system in the summer! I’ll DEFINITELY be calling on them to redo all my duct work, thanks to his thorough and well explained suggestion after I inquired about it! Also got signed up on a maintenance plan thanks to him, which takes away so much stress off me to remember to call for a tune up. Grayson Air Condition, Inc. just installed my new Heat Pump System. These guys are EXCEPTIONAL! No one wants to hear that their heat pump has pumped it's last pump, but after 25 yrs I can't complain. Grayson is the BEST!! My parents (92 and 93) had no air, I called and Scott H called me back in just a few minutes. It was a Thursday evening after hours… He was at their home within the hour and diagnosed the problem. Something was broken and he didn’t have the part. He went to their shop and brought back, and set up, 2 A/C window units for them to use for the night. 7 pm on a Monday had an ac issue, and made a call. By 8:15 it was working and blowing cold. 1 hr and 15 min from call to completed service after hours! Doesn’t get better than that, and for a reasonable price! Lantz waters is the guy you want to come, super friendly - though I assume there are some other good ones too. EXCELLENT JOB. We had out upstairs unit replaced in 2018 under a Home Warranty plan. The two installers were a joke. Multiple recalls to fix poor installation, and here it is seven years later needing repaired. Grayson sent out a team of six men who were each experts in their own area. AMAZING TEAM. I am confident I will not need to call them back except for the biannual maintenance. The six men were Matthew, Bryce, Brad, Christian, Brandt & Chris P. They even cleaned up their mess. They deserve a bonus for doing exactly what they were supposed to do, but they even went way above what was required. They were polite (But none of them could beat me in ping pong--and I'm 73 years old. They were good sports). They can try again on the maintenance trip.

My 16 KW Generac generator was 20 years old. Service since 2013 by Grayson that kept it going well for all those years. Replaced with 18 kW generator from Grayson on. April 9. Bell and crew did a good job. However, on April 14, the battery went dead.. Grayson sent will who diagnosed failure of electrical control system. The replacement part was skillfully installed on four 2525 by Lanz Waters and he is working well. The glitch by the manufacturer was a pain, but diagnosis and service of the problem was excellent

Ben and Lantz came and checked out our furnace. The thing has a ghost. It stopped being problematic, so they went out of their way to come back and try again! We had to have our entire downstairs A/C and heating system replaced and we contacted Grayson after multiple recommendations. They installed the external unit and internal units in an extremely professional manner and were very pleasant and helpful when asked questions. Artwork that nobody will ever see. Justin H, Cooper, and Brice cut no corners in implementation of the duct work. I don't know a ton about HVAC, but know what I'm looking at.... Don't buy a lesson, use these Grayson's.
Also worth mentioning that there was a small wear and tear issue with the outside unit, while the duct work was being buttoned up. Doug C came right out and fixed it.... and the duct work team stayed to ensure all was as it should be, post repair, before they left. Again, do not buy a lesson, just call Grayson's first!

Chris Glen and Dustin Payne and crew came to our home and installed a new A/C unit for inside and outside. Not only did they do their job with efficiency, they were also kind and helpful. We would recommend them to anyone we know because they definitely know what they are doing and they had all the proper equipment as well to do it! Will and Tyler were excellent help today! They were quick to respond and a speedy service at a much more reasonable price. Another local company had us about to sign on the line for a new $14,000 unit and Grayson’s had us cooling off for a fraction of that cost in half the time!! I can’t say enough about them…we even went ahead and signed up for the maintenance plan! We are grateful to have Grayson’s on our side! Great job guys!

I called Graysons on a Thursday afternoon to see if they were able to work on our mini-split. They sent Scott Hopkins the very next morning, calling thirty minutes ahead. He was very courteous, respectful to my mom, home, and animals, and gave my mom an upfront diagnosis, options, estimates, and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. We will have to replace it soon, but he was able to fix the leak in the meantime. We've always trusted Scott, with the last company we used and so glad he is with Graysons now. Highly recommend.

I needed to get my duct system replaced, and Grayson AC was very helpful throughout the whole process. They quickly got someone out to give me an estimate, and then followed up to schedule a time to come out.
