REVISED REVIEW 4/10/25A big shout out to the team of guys who replaced our entire ductwork system.Lantz got the ball rolling on the install. He is very professional and friendly. He answered all of our questions and set the plan in motion; very quickly.All the guys of the install team were: Brandt, Justin, Brannon, Clay, Christian, and Chris P.T.J. and Austin did an excellent job on the sheet rock.Justin, Brannon, and Clay did an excellent job blowing the attic with insulation.Everyone was so pleasant, great attitude, professional, reliable, and very friendly.We were impressed about how they kept the floors vacuumed each day. Good morning. I would like to share my experience with Lantz Waters. He was very professional. Quickly found the issue and placed the order. Also, last Wednesday I lost one of my hoop earrings in the yard and had no idea where to look. Lo and behold it was near the electrical box. I told him he was my lucky charm and that set of earrings was one of last gifts my husband gave me 2 1/2 years ago before he passed away. Very nice young man. Thank you Lantz and Grayson.

Doug Cordelle came to do a spring cleaning and inspection of my HVAC system on March 6th. He was on time, courteous, professional, and thorough! He took the time to explain why I was losing coolant and said I needed a new air handler. He suggested I replace my heater as it is 16 years old so he lined up the electrician and the installers and gave me a price quote. They were able to do the job 3 days later which was compatible with my work schedule and I really appreciated it!!! I will post a separate review for their work.I'm not able to post a separate review so here goes: today Chris Glen, Dustin Payne, and Tyler Howell showed up to do the installation of my new air handler and heating system. They were also on time, courteous, professional, and thorough. They did an outstanding job and answered all of my questions which I really appreciate! Joey Pettis -the project manager, came by to inspect their work and he was great too! When they presented me with the invoice, it did not deviate from the estimate that Doug had given me which is awesome! I will continue to do business with Grayson and highly recommend this great group of professionals!!! It's a shame that you can't rate these technicians and installers higher than five stars because they all absolutely deserve it!!!!! Thumbs up to Morgan Knotts in customer service as well because she was great too!!!

April 22,2021We had a Honeywell Generator Installed in April of this year by Grayson Air Conditioning.The Office staff and Service personnel were all very professional and courteous.Thanks to Owner Peter Grayson for working up the Estimate and giving me advice and answering any questions I had on the installation process.Would like to Thank, Chris Motes and Travis Perry for doing an Excellent job on the InstallationOf the generator, while they were at my residence, I went ahead an purchased a yearly service agreement on my Air Conditioning system, so they were able to perform routine service and check to be sure everything was operating properly the same day.Also, would like to mention and thank Will Whiting who came out the following day to do the startup and check out the operation of the Generator, He took time to explain the functions and locations of everything on the generator, and answer any questions I had.I have had one follow up visit on the Honeywell generator, called the office at 2:00 p.m. spoke to Carolyn, said she had a technician who could be at my residence by 3:30 p.m., Service Technician Chase Deakle arrived right at 3:20 p.m. and corrected a minor problem and answered any questions I had.I would highly recommend Grayson Air Conditioning Company.Sincerely,gpmFeb.27th,2025,Had a service call on my Honeywell generator today. Change HVAC system from gas to heat pump. Scott Hopkins went over our concerns and easily handled our questions on costs and technologies without trying to push us in a specific direction. The next day a six-man installer crew (Matthew, Justin, Bryce, Brad, Chris P, and Joey) did a very professional job upgrading the power service, removing the old gas system and fabricating mounts/installing the heat pump, air handler and new thermostat. First class all the way.

We highly recommend Grayson to anyone needing A/C services. We can’t thank Will and Phillip enough, they were very knowledgeable and professional. Grayson came out promptly and diagnosed and fixed the issue we were having with our heater! We had 3 reputable companies in the area come out for quotes and to diagnosis the issue. Grayson was the only one to find the real issue and it didn’t cost us thousands of dollars. One popular company in the area said we needed all new duct work and a filter that would cost us $11,000. We will being using Grayson for all of our HVAC needs in the future!

If anyone is in need of ac repair or replacement I recommend Grayson's air-conditioning! They just replaced my full unit inside and outside and they did an amazing job. I called them and had everything ordered and installed the very next day they even offered to bring me window units for that day until they got my new unit installed. Artwork that nobody will ever see. Justin H, Cooper, and Brice cut no corners in implementation of the duct work. I don't know a ton about HVAC, but know what I'm looking at.... Don't buy a lesson, use these Grayson's.
Also worth mentioning that there was a small wear and tear issue with the outside unit, while the duct work was being buttoned up. I called Graysons on a Thursday afternoon to see if they were able to work on our mini-split. They sent Scott Hopkins the very next morning, calling thirty minutes ahead. He was very courteous, respectful to my mom, home, and animals, and gave my mom an upfront diagnosis, options, estimates, and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. We will have to replace it soon, but he was able to fix the leak in the meantime. We've always trusted Scott, with the last company we used and so glad he is with Graysons now. Highly recommend.

The compete experience of working with Grayson team members has been eye opening. The customer focus they reflect is really amazing and, unfortunately, not found in many companies now. The team folks we got to meet and interact with, some more than others, are our initial contact with Service Technician Aaron Lee, Installation Manager Joey Pettis, and Chris Glen, Dustin Payne, Brandt Givens, Chris Pruett , Mason Small, Justiin Hollinghead, Matthew Gafford and several others for whom I have no last name, i.e. Bryce, Clay, Cooper and Angie.
The prevailing attitude of the entire team, and they performed as teams need to, was cooperation within the team and an obvious focus on customer satisfaction. The prevailing attitude of the entire team, and they performed as teams need to, was cooperation within the team and an obvious focus on customer satisfaction. It was a real pleasure to interact with them, if only for brief moments. My compliments to the management for establishing a work environment so supportive of the employees. It has and, I'm sure, will continue to provide great return benefits to all.

We felt so blessed to find Allen Cowart with Graysons Air Conditioning Service. I was so worried about my Mother being elderly and sick and the Air Conditioner was flooding inside the house or she would have to keep it off in the heat. To top it off, it was a Saturday and Allen called me back right away. Not only he called right away, he said he was on the way! Allen quickly and thoroughly checked the unit and fixed it and flushed it out. He was a man of his word and charged what he quoted . He truly saved the day and was very thorough and explained everything clearly. We will definitely be calling Allen with Graysons for all our future Air Conditioner needs! Thank you so much Allen!

I have used Grayson for HVAC and Generator maintenance the past few years. Last week they replaced four HVAC systems for us. It was a big job but they had multiple crews on site and got it done in just a few days.
