Our home cooling system went down unexpectedly on a weekend. I contacted Graysons 24 hour phone service and was told that a service technician would call me back. Within 15 minutes, Lantz Waters contacted me and inquired about the problem we are experiencing with our system. Some 30 minutes later, he was at our home and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the part we needed was not available locally. On Monday, Grayson contacted us to inform that the part had been ordered and will be delivered the next day. Tuesday I had a call that they had received the part and soon after Lantz Waters contacted me to come out for the repair.

To say that we are pleased is an understatement. Lantz was a true professional and explained everything to us thoroughly. I look forward to future service needs with Lantz, but hopefully not on weekends.

Got to say its good to know that honesty and integrity are alive with Graysons tech Lantz Waters. In this 107 feels like temp my ac went out he got there quicky diagnosised the problem and did the repair that was needed quickly got me back up and running and did the exact repairs needed not trying as others do to run up the bill .Dont hesitate to use Greysons and hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Lantz , thanks so much. During the process of selling our home we encountered a problem with our A/C system. Because closing was fast approaching and we had already moved out of state, we called a friend who recommended Grayson. We needed a competent company to come out, diagnose the problem and offer a solution.

Grayson sent a service rep to our home that day. Lantz Waters called from the property. He explained the problem and offered several options to address the issues. I expressed concerns that the holiday weekend was upon us and would delay the sale of our home. Lantz said not to worry about that because he had a team free that could come now and be finished before sunset.

I got my house sold without any delays thanks to Lantz Waters and the team at Grayson Air conditioning. The cost was reasonable. Had I said in Mobile, Grayson would be my A/C company.

Grayson's crew just completed installing new duct work. They removed the old duct work and totally cleaned following the job. They also added new insulation. The base of one of the units needed to be replaced due to water damage. They took out the old unit, cleaned, and built a new base. They installed a 'halo" purifier on both units.
All of the guys were super nice and accommodating.

Yall, let me tell you how AMAZING Grayson Air Conditioning is! I called and left a message with their 24 hour answering service at 5AM and received a call back within the hour! It’s the middle of the summer, and they were prepared to send a technician out THAT MORNING! Unfortunately I had to get to work and nobody would be here, so the technician, Ben, even coordinated with me on his way to my house that afternoon to make sure we’d be there at the same time! The customer service was absolutely top notch, and Ben got me up and running within MINUTES! In fact, he arrived a few minutes before me and I got there to the good news of a working AC! He answered ALL my questions informatively and gave me some great tips to improve the efficiency of our system in the summer! I’ll DEFINITELY be calling on them to redo all my duct work, thanks to his thorough and well explained suggestion after I inquired about it! Also got signed up on a maintenance plan thanks to him, which takes away so much stress off me to remember to call for a tune up. Thanks Ben and the rest at Grayson Air Conditioning for saving our summer!

I was looking for a generator and after receiving a few quotes I decided to use Grayson Air Conditioning, Inc. I can't thank everyone enough for the smooth process. We were very pleased with Grayson’s Air Conditioning’s installation of our new AC unit and duct work. Chris Pruett, Brannon Kennedy, Bryce Konazeski, Justin Hollingshead, Brandt Givens, Cooper and Daniel did a fantastic job! They were all very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Artwork that nobody will ever see. Justin H, Cooper, and Brice cut no corners in implementation of the duct work. I don't know a ton about HVAC, but know what I'm looking at.... Don't buy a lesson, use these Grayson's.

Also worth mentioning that there was a small wear and tear issue with the outside unit, while the duct work was being buttoned up. Doug C came right out and fixed it.... and the duct work team stayed to ensure all was as it should be, post repair, before they left. Again, do not buy a lesson, just call Grayson's first!
