Our A/C wouldn’t cool the house down before shutting off, so I called Grayson Air Conditioning first thing this morning. Within just a few hours, Doug (their service technician) came by and got it all fixed! He was very nice, efficient, and helpful! Now our A/C seems to be running great.

I usually dont post about companies but with Grayson Air Conditioning, Inc. I have too! They sent a technician (Ben) around 9pm at nighttime because our AC stop working at an unexpected time. SUMMER. Ben was able to diagnose and fortunately fix it within twenty minutes. I am so thankful for him and his team being available. I have two babies so staying in the heat is a big NO. My Mobile friends, I would highly recommend this company!

Our home cooling system went down unexpectedly on a weekend. I contacted Graysons 24 hour phone service and was told that a service technician would call me back. Within 15 minutes, Lantz Waters contacted me and inquired about the problem we are experiencing with our system. Some 30 minutes later, he was at our home and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the part we needed was not available locally. On Monday, Grayson contacted us to inform that the part had been ordered and will be delivered the next day. Tuesday I had a call that they had received the part and soon after Lantz Waters contacted me to come out for the repair.
To say that we are pleased is an understatement. Lantz was a true professional and explained everything to us thoroughly. I look forward to future service needs with Lantz, but hopefully not on weekends.

I called Grayson to install a mini split unit, Lantz Waters came out and offered several options. He listened and looked at everything. He suggested new blown insulation. The crew that installed it was TJ T and Christian G. These guys were very professional, everyone was top notch. The insulation job went very well. The difference is amazing. I would recommend Grayson, as a matter of fact , I signed up for a maintenance agreement. They will be my company from now on. Michael West

They initially came out Friday to service our old Rheem unit, which we unfortunately ended up needing to replace. They scheduled us for the following Monday (faster than expected) to come out and replace the unit with a new Carrier unit. They even dug up and replaced the old foundation that the unit sits on, didn’t expect that. Justin H., Brannon K., and Gabe were absolutely outstanding! Couldn’t have asked for a better crew to come out and do the job. They did fabulous work, were very respectful of our home, property, and animals. What I greatly appreciated more than their work ethic is how amazing they were with my 2 very energetic dogs and my very chill laid back one. They were so wonderful, an absolute pleasure to have working at my home. They even went above and beyond helping me with the setup of the Carrier app, which my phone was being a bit of a pain with. Additionally I hadn’t had any luck finding a buyer for my old washing machine and Joey Pettis, the installation manager, even took the washer off my hands, getting it out of my living room. This really is a truly fantastic company with genuinely amazing people who work there. Hands down the best ac company you’ll ever find!

Doug Cordelle excellent professionalMy home's air conditioning stopped working on Saturday afternoon, July 26th. I called the first company in Mobile, AL that I found on Google.The technician arrived, and I was told I would have to pay a higher rate because it was Saturday.I said okay. After an hour, he told me he would have to replace the AC blower, which was very expensive. I was suspicious because my unit was just over two years old.So today, Monday, July 28th, I called Grayson Air Conditioning. Technician Doug Cordelle arrived at my house and in less than 20 minutes discovered it was just a blown fuse, and everything was working again.I can confidently say that the Grayson Air Conditioning team is the best in Mobile, AL.Thank you very much for your quick and efficient service, Mr. Doug Cordelle.Paulo Silva

One of my home thermostat won’t control the temperature as the set temperature. Even though we turn off this thermostat, the room still blow cold air. Called Grayson on Friday morning, they immediately scheduled technician to check the same day afternoon. Technician Lants Waters came at the expected time and immediately checked the outside fan, attic A/C handler and each thermostat. He diagnosed one of the thermostat is bad causing the HVAC issue. He advised me to turn off the bad thermostat and order a new same model thermostat to replace the bad one. Great job! I would recommend Grayson HVAC, Inc.

The entire team at Grayson was great. From Thomas who helped us get a quick install date, to Bryce, Brad, and Clay, who came out and worked in this heat getting us a new HVAC unit. They were courteous, professional, worked thru lunch to get us up and running. They cleaned up well, and asked if we had any questions or concerns. They also made sure we were comfortable working our new thermostat, and stayed to ensure both heat and cooling systems worked properly. Great Job!

I met Grayson’s service technician, Aaron Lee, working on an a/c system at a relative’s home. I was impressed with the repair and his knowledge and professionalism- enough to get his business card. 6 months later and I have a major freon leak that requires a new system install. I chose to replace 2 complete a/c systems and worked out the details of the installation. Grayson sent (2) install teams consisting of the head installer, Chris G, along with Brandt, Daniel A, Dustin, Daniel B, Keaton, Austin, and Brad. They showed up on time and ready to go. They worked as a team and had fun while taking care of business. They started at 8 am and both a/c systems were up and running by 4:30pm. The install manager, Joey stopped by to check on the progress and make sure that I was happy with Grayson. I enjoyed having them do the install and will use them for all my HVAC needs. Thanks to everyone !

Service Tech Lantz deserves a five star review for his enthusiasm, kindness, and work ethic while completing scheduled maintenance on our hvac units. He had a difficult job with a clogged drain pipe but didn't give up. He did a great job for us and represented Grayson's in an extremely professional manner! I hope he is our tech next time as well.

Just had Grayson come out to run diagnostics on an aging AC unit that's giving us trouble. We've had another company via a home warranty work on the system recently and keep having trouble, so we wanted a second opinion. I wish we'd gone with Grayson from the start. The difference in professionalism and competence was obvious. Lantz did an amazing job, and really took his time examining the system and providing a comprehensive diagnosis. At the end of the service I was provided paperwork clearly outlining recommended services and prices. There was zero pressure. We're going to end up needing to replace this unit, and when we do I feel confident that we'll go with Grayson. TJ and Gabe made quick work of the warranty replacement of the fan coil in my attic. As the norm with Grayson ‘s service, everything was top-notch. They even went the extra mile by replacing old insulation on my outside unit and reworking the drain and tubing on my air handler. TJ and Gabe were professional and tidy in their installation and removal of all old equipment and packing materials.I purchased this unit from Grayson not quite nine years ago and was impressed at the time of the letter that was sent with all of the registration and confirmation numbers. Having this done by them extended my warranty from 5 years to 10 years. Honestly, if it was left up to me, I might’ve forgotten to register them. This is yet another example of why it pays in the long run to deal with true professionals like Grayson.

The folks are always courteous, prompt, and professional, I recently had a problem with my AC but when Thomas Haney answered my service request, he quickly diagnosed the problem and made the adjustments that got the house cool and comfortable again -- and the cost was modest (less than I expected). Mr Haney was courteous, prompt, efficient, and professional. A call to Grayson Air Conditioning Ashley, confident to get me on the schedule that day. Tech Arron called visited trouble shooting the unit. Arron provided a quote to replace and scheduled next day replacement. Tj and a crew of four arrived sharp 8:00 am next day working to remove and install new unit. Rebuilding the ac compartment and a new pedestal and new electric box outside. A new wifi thermostat was installed. TJ answered my questions during the work. That night the ac was operating. Arron followed up and a call for the office followed up I was totally satisfied with the install and the equipment. I was most impressed that Grayson did perform the work as promised.

The blower on my system died yesterday (11/28) and within 1 hour Ben and Terry were crawling underneath my house to figure out the problem. I came home at 5:30 to a 75 degree house and a complete ice block of a unit! We ended up with a new unit (we knew it was coming) and they took very good care of us. Will got us financed immediately. Dustin P, Brad B and Christian G came out to do the install within a day. They were neat and polite. I got a call that morning that they were heading my way. We have used Grayson for several years including getting a new outside unit. They are just the best. Professional and courteous, with quick turnaround for appointments. Thomas did a fabulous job today diagnosing our issue (low-quality air handler installed by another company and restricted coil), and offering solutions. We will call Thomas as soon as we are ready to get the new air handler, and until then he gave us some useful advice to get by with what we have. I also greatly appreciate the support Grayson has given to my child’s school (Collier ES), including cold drinks for teachers during hot carline, and ice cream for kids during field day!! Aaron Lee and Ben Howell did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing a problem with our upstairs A/C unit that resulted from an apparent power surge. After replacing the damaged parts, the system still was not working. Further inspection revealed a problem that was highly unusual, a problem not frequently seen. Once they recognized what it was, they quickly corrected the problem and the down system immediately came back up.Through it all Aaron and Ben were polite, professional, thorough, and persistent. They deserve to be recognized for their skill and acumen in finding and fixing a problematic situation. Thanks to Aaron and Ben for their service, and to Peter Grayson and Richard Ridge for their perspicacity in hiring great service techs! Grayson's crew just completed installing new duct work. They removed the old duct work and totally cleaned following the job. They also added new insulation. The base of one of the units needed to be replaced due to water damage. They took out the old unit, cleaned, and built a new base. They installed a 'halo" purifier on both units.

Yall, let me tell you how AMAZING Grayson Air Conditioning is! I called and left a message with their 24 hour answering service at 5AM and received a call back within the hour! It’s the middle of the summer, and they were prepared to send a technician out THAT MORNING! Unfortunately I had to get to work and nobody would be here, so the technician, Ben, even coordinated with me on his way to my house that afternoon to make sure we’d be there at the same time! The customer service was absolutely top notch, and Ben got me up and running within MINUTES! In fact, he arrived a few minutes before me and I got there to the good news of a working AC! He answered ALL my questions informatively and gave me some great tips to improve the efficiency of our system in the summer! I’ll DEFINITELY be calling on them to redo all my duct work, thanks to his thorough and well explained suggestion after I inquired about it! Also got signed up on a maintenance plan thanks to him, which takes away so much stress off me to remember to call for a tune up. This company is top notch. They installed my new unit 2 years ago and I have had zero issues. We had to have our entire downstairs A/C and heating system replaced and we contacted Grayson after multiple recommendations. They installed the external unit and internal units in an extremely professional manner and were very pleasant and helpful when asked questions. Matthew, Justin and Bryce had everything completed the installation and made sure everything was clean afterwards.

Artwork that nobody will ever see. Justin H, Cooper, and Brice cut no corners in implementation of the duct work. I don't know a ton about HVAC, but know what I'm looking at.... Don't buy a lesson, use these Grayson's.
Also worth mentioning that there was a small wear and tear issue with the outside unit, while the duct work was being buttoned up. Doug C came right out and fixed it.... and the duct work team stayed to ensure all was as it should be, post repair, before they left. Again, do not buy a lesson, just call Grayson's first!
